With 24 years of full-time ministry experience, Kristy Rodriguez brings a unique blend of professional wisdom and personal insight to her work. As an ordained minister and former first responder chaplain specializing in crisis and trauma management, she has dedicated her life to helping others navigate their most challenging moments.
Kristy’s passion for ministry is deeply personal. Having walked through and overcome the devastating impact of betrayal in her own life, she understands the pain and complexity of this journey firsthand. Through all she has learned, Kristy now lives to help other women find hope and healing, sharing with them the truth that restoration is possible.
Kristy serves as the Executive Director of Hope After Betrayal Ministries, a growing community that educates, supports, and mentors betrayed women. Partnering with pastors, counselors, and ministry leaders, Hope After Betrayal exists to provide Christ-centered hope and healing to women wounded by their partner’s sexual betrayal.
Kristy and her husband, David, have been married for 25 years. They have 4 kids, 2 granddaughters, and their first grandson arriving in April.

Steven Brown is a successful entrepreneur with ventures in mortgage, real estate, and debt settlement. While he thrived professionally, his personal life faced deep challenges. For years, Steven lived under assumptions of entitlement and patriarchy, neglecting his wife’s emotional needs and being absent for his children. This led to a decade of infidelity, believing he’d never leave his wife, whom he viewed as merely supportive.
Everything changed when his affairs were exposed, forcing Steven to confront the pain he caused. Committed to change, he now works to rebuild his relationships with empathy and accountability.
